This company is incredible. The level of customer service was top notch. The owner of the company was so kind and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our son’s 8th birthday! He even gave us extra time with the bounce house and games! Cannot recommend this company enough!

We originally rented a bounce house for just one day but ended up getting to enjoy it for multiple days — talk about the best surprise! The kids had an absolute blast at the party and beyond, and it truly made the celebration unforgettable. Setup and pickup were smooth, the bounce house was spotless and sturdy, and the customer service was top notch. If you’re looking to add some serious fun to your event, this is the company to call — they definitely went above and beyond!

We recently rented from Jump and Play Upstate and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The inflatables were clean, in great condition, and a huge hit with the kids. The setup crew was professional and on time, and communication was smooth the entire way through. They even went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend them for any party or event — we’ll definitely be booking again!

We were in a hurry to find something for my son’s birthday party since our original plans fell through and I am so happy to have found Jump and Play Upstate! Very professional, prompt, and personable from the very beginning. Every time I had a question, they would message me right back. The price was perfect and we even got to keep the slide a couple extra days! A lot of fun had by children and adults. Will absolutely use them again!!

Lorenz at Jump and Play Upstate was amazing to work with from start to finish. We rented a bounce house/slide combo for my son’s 8th birthday. He arrived on time, set up quickly and made sure we were happy with placement. He even came back to put pads under the slides so the kids had a softer landing. And, on pickup day, he remembered it was a holiday so he let us keep it an extra day, at no charge, so that the kids could play since they were out of school. Everything was perfect!

We rent bounce houses frequently for parties and this company has the best prices and customer service of any place we’ve used so far. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again!

This was for the Fall Festival at Blue Ridge Council for cub scouts. My questions were answered quickly and our needs were listened to. They were professional, polite and friendly. After the moon bounce and slide were up, they asked if everything was OK before leaving. Upon arrival to take down made sure it was satisfactory. Not many companies really go out of their way. But they did! We will definitely be using them again for our other events. Thank you again for taking such good care of our needs.

Lorenz was so helpful & kind in every interaction I had with him. Even with the worst luck ever (Hurricane Helene blowing through & knocking our power out on our party weekend), he was so accommodating & we were able to reschedule the following weekend. He even let the kids keep the slide an extra day! Communication was great, I just can’t say enough good things about this man & the way he runs his business. Jump and Play Upstate will forever more be the only company we use for inflatables :)

Jump & Play Upstate helped out our neighborhood when we were in a pinch thanks to a miscommunication with another company. They were able to bring us a fun slide for our neighborhood block party in just a few hours notice! All the kids loved it & the owner was very nice and easy to work with.

This past weekend I rented a water slide from Jump and Play Upstate for my son’s third birthday party!! The communication with the owner was top knotch! The professionalism was unmatched!! Great affordable prices with great quality equipment! The kids had a BLAST!! The owner was very accommodating with all of my needs when it came to drop off and pick up times!! I will definitely be using them again for any future parties/events!

Seriously amazing company! Was able to book everything online which made it so much more convenient. The price was THE BEST I found during my search to find a water slide rental. When it came to delivery and set-up, to take-down, they were super efficient and considerate! We rented a 16ft waterslide and the kids had so much fun. It definitely made the party. They were great communicators, and incredibly professional from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again! 😊

Lorenz provided amazing customer service for our sons birthday party this weekend. He called and confirmed a few days before the party and made sure we knew what to expect. He arrived on time and made sure that the blow up slide was secured properly on an extremely windy day. My 2 children are extremely hyper and talkative and he spoke to them with kindness and even wished my son a happy birthday and gave him a high five. We had no issues with the bounce house the entire day we had it. He cleaned up quickly. I 100% recommend this company and will use it every time I need a bounce house.

Jump and play upstate is the best! The staff is very friendly and professional. They have the best prices around. It was a quick set up and take down. My kids had a blast on the water slide and so did some of the adults!
